At NPCIL, I worked on large structural simulations that could take weeks or even months to complete on high-end workstations. Those experiences made me realize that many engineering bottlenecks are not caused by lack of physical understanding, but by the inability to obtain solutions within practical computational time.
HPC taught me the importance of scalable algorithms, distributed computing, and efficient numerical methods. It became a critical part of my research direction toward solving extremely large multi-physics problems with practical turnaround times.
